Ranking parameters

For transparency, and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 (Platform-to-Business) and the Digital Services Act (Reg. EU 2022/2065), we explain here how we order businesses in our listings and how much payment weighs.

Default order (organic)

Without any paid plan, the order follows neutral, declared criteria, applied in this priority:

1. Sponsored businesses — shown first and always marked with the «Sponsored» label (see the dedicated section below).
2. Owner-claimed listings — businesses whose owner has claimed and verified their listing appear right after the sponsored ones. This is a signal of reliability and up-to-date data (an owner who is present and responsible for the listing), not a paid placement, and with no extra label or banner. Claiming your listing is free.
3. Base order — among the remaining businesses, and at the same tier: alphabetical by name on search and list pages; random and rotating in discovery carousels (home and place pages), so businesses rotate fairly. At the same position, complete listings with photos tend to appear first because they present better.

Payment does not alter this organic order: promoted businesses are not «pushed» into the organic list, but shown in separate, labelled slots (see below).

Sponsored content

Businesses that purchase visibility are shown before organic results and are always marked with the «Sponsored» label, so they are clearly distinguishable.

• Visibility subscription — a recurring plan (Pro / Business / Featured tiers) that keeps the business highlighted.
• One-off boost — a temporary push (e.g. «featured for 7 days») purchasable with credits.

Among several sponsored items, the order depends on the plan tier. Payment affects only the presence in these labelled slots: it does not change the organic ordering criteria nor hide non-paying results.

Luxury Club (curated collection)

The Luxury Club is a curated collection of outstanding properties, selected at our discretion (also with the aid of automated/AI tools). Admission is not guaranteed and is subject to evaluation. Members are shown in a dedicated section and marked with a gold badge. Membership is currently free (early access); a premium subscription is planned.

• Members have a dedicated section and are excluded from the general «Featured» carousels: they do not mix with other businesses.
• In the Luxury section the order may be influenced by any priority purchased by the member (visibility internal to the Club); in general listings a Luxury membership does not count as «Sponsored» and is a distinct curated status.

Admission and continued membership are at our discretion: a member may be removed (revoked) or cancel independently. Any subscription grants access to the Club and its visibility benefits, but does not alter the organic ordering of the portal's general listings.

Filters and search

Category, subcategory, territory, radius in km and text search narrow results to what matches, but do not change the ordering criteria described above. In radius searches, at the same priority, geographic proximity prevails.

Transparent evolution

As we introduce new quality signals (user ratings, listing completeness, data freshness, distance from the searcher), the organic order will become a composite score. Every new criterion and its weight will be declared here before being applied.

How to appear higher

The organic order rewards complete, up-to-date listings: claim your listing (free), add photos, description, contacts and the correct category. For featured slots, paid visibility is available.
