Luxury Club — Membership Conditions

These conditions govern membership in the Portal's Luxury Club (hereinafter the "Club") and supplement the Terms of Service, which remain applicable for matters not otherwise provided for herein.

1. Subject

The Club is a curated collection of high-level establishments and experiences, to which the Portal reserves premium visibility treatment: a dedicated badge, a distinctive-looking profile, and presence in a dedicated section and/or page. The Club is a visibility service: it does not constitute intermediation, booking, or guarantee regarding the performance of the member establishments.

2. Admission and Curation

Membership in the Club is by selection and not on a self-service basis. The interested establishment can submit its application from its reserved area; the Portal evaluates it according to qualitative criteria, also with the aid of automated tools and artificial intelligence. Admission is discretionary and not guaranteed. The Portal may request additional information or materials for evaluation purposes.

3. Fee

During the launch phase (early access), membership in the Club is free. A paid premium subscription is planned for the future: the amount, periodicity, and start date will be communicated with due notice, and paid activation will require the member's consent. In the absence of consent, the Club's benefits may cease. If activated, the subscription is considered automatically renewed for subsequent periods, unless canceled.

4. Duration, Cancellation, and Revocation

The member can cancel their membership at any time from their reserved area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without refund of fractions already accrued, unless otherwise provided by law. The Portal may revoke membership, with immediate effect, if the establishment no longer meets the Club's qualitative criteria, violates the Terms of Service or these conditions, or for any other justified reason. Upon termination, for any reason, the badge, premium treatment, and presence in dedicated sections will be removed.

5. Nature of Service and Ranking

Membership in the Club provides visibility within the Luxury system (dedicated section and page) and possibly internal priority within the Club, which can be purchased separately. This treatment does not alter the organic ranking of the Portal's general listings, and Luxury membership is not equivalent to the status of "Sponsored" content in the general listings. The positioning parameters are described on the Ranking Parameters page, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.

6. No Guarantee of Results

The increased visibility offered by the Club does not constitute a guarantee of bookings, contacts, revenue, or any specific commercial result.

7. Professionals and Consumers

Membership in the Club is intended for professional operators within their business activities; therefore, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply. Where the legal prerequisites are met, please refer to the Right of Withdrawal page.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Lecce has jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
