The municipality of Terzolas is located at the entrance to Val di Sole, in Trentino, not far from Malé and Caldes. Its position, straddling cultivated plains and the first mountain ranges, makes it a natural passage point for those ascending the valley towards the higher mountains. The inhabited core still retains a compact layout today, typical of the rural villages of Solandra, with stone houses gathered around the parish church.
