1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscription, without providing any reasons.
2. Scope of Application
2.1 "Featured" Subscription
You can exercise withdrawal within 14 days of activation. If you have used the service during the withdrawal period, an amount proportional to the period used may be charged.
2.2 Credit-based boosts
As this is a digital service provided immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses at the moment the boost is activated and delivered, with your express consent (Art. 59 Consumer Code).
3. How to Exercise Withdrawal
You can cancel the service from your dashboard or submit a request through the support system, within 14 days of activation.
4. Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the request, using the same payment method used for the purchase (through Stripe). The amount may be reduced in proportion to the services already used.
5. Cancellation
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel the subscription at any time: it will remain active until the end of the period already paid for, after which it will not be renewed.
